Making up the Bed!!

We have a queen bed between the closet and a half closet and a nightstand.. Is there a way to make the bed up that I will not scream. I have pulled the mattress down and hooked the sheets and that is pretty easy then comes the top layers.. I like the neat look. Does anyone here have any tricks to this... Or do I just grin and go crazy? Help!!

RE: Montgomery County, MD RV ban

It is a shame that you buy a home and pay god knows how much in taxes and they just take every right away from you... Montgomery county is going to make children walk up to two miles to school.. Now, nothing wrong with that if they have sidewalks all the way to school and they don't have to cross major streets because of gas prices... They need to worry about poop like that instead of worrying about a RV parked in front of someones home... Idiots... Get out and vote.... Makes a difference... JMHO

RE: Slide Locks

I have a Puma and I don't have slide locks either. Never had a problem with the slide (hopefully I won't either). Should you try to install something. A friend has these padded bars that came with her camper and they have to place them in between the slide and the inner wall.. I have been in her camper when she forgot to take them out (she is height impaired) and wow she almost had a problem. So do you think for safty purposes we should make something to place with ours or just leave it the heck alone. (thats what I am leaning towards)

Can't Remember

Ok, I am about to dewinterize my Puma TT. Let see if I got the steps right...
1. Leave the bypass closed... Put in the metal rod in the hot water heater tightly...
2. Open all lines and let the pink stuff go out... by running water through the fresh water tank. until it is clear...
3. Close lines and then I think this year I want to add some bleach to the tank and let it run through the lines... I know only a 1/4 cup. Let it sit a hour or so and then flush the lines.. Once this is done
4. Now is it time to open the bypass valve and let the heater fill.
Ok, there it is.. tell me if my steps are right or need a little rearranging... Or if they are totally different.. This is my first year to winterize it myself and I think we did it right and this is the first time for us to de-winterize what we did...
I know I can get some great advice here... Thank you!!!

I have a regular TV in my camper. (two years old and out of date already) With the new digital coming next Feb. what are we going to have to do to get a signal. I cable at home. I don't have Direct TV. Am I going to have to get a box just for the camper or Direct TV which I don't want to do. Does anyone have any info on this...
Thanks

How is Digital going to effect camping

If I am right our regular TV's will not work in our campers after next February. So, will we have to go with the so-called converters in our campers to keep our out of date TV's working. (my out of date TV is 2 years old) Or are we going to have to have to Direct TV? Can anyone give me a heads up on this one....
Thanks

RE: Fuel prices........................ oh yea!

We will be staying closer to home. It is a crying shame how we are getting raked over the coals by big oil and our government. Some oil guy got a so-called 24 million dollar bonus.. Exxon made 11 Billion last quarter.. Who is paying we are...

RE: UPDATE: In laws want to use my 2008 TT ?!?!?!?

You did the smart thing.. No one I mean No one is going to borrow my TT. No one takes care of your stuff the way you do.. They break it and then look at you as though you are stupid... You made the right decision... Tell them to get their own...

RE: 2007 Palomino Puma 28BHS

We to have went through our first camping season with our 2007 Puma RLSS. We love it and had no problems at all with it. We went on a great vacation and we never got tired of being in the camper. Now if we can get through winterizing it for the first time and praying we did it right. Next season should be a breeze. I would say you will love your Puma and I would advise anyone to buy Puma brand.....

RE: RV Cover

I just got the ADCO and I talked with Camper world Rep. I guess it all depends on the area you live in. I was told Tyvek does not breathe well. That ADCO sheds water and it made to breathe. But, I don't know if it does anything as I have not used it yet. Here in Maryland humidity is high. Once in a while we get rain(not of late though). They suggested this one for my area. I also have a carport over my trailer for protection. I just got this for a little more to protect our investment... Hope it helps some...

RE: Palamino Owers...could I have your opinion???

We have a 2007 Puma 26ftrlss and we love it. So far no problems at all. Have to give it an "A". It is like anything else if you take care of it and not be to rough on it you can expect it to last. It does not matter what brand it is if you don't kind of treat it nice it is going to break. I love my Puma and I can't wait to take her out again....
